@casposifi Hi Carsten, I hope this tweet finds you well. I booked a return flight with with @lufthansa. My 2.5 hour return flight turned into a 29 hour saga. I spent 1.18 hours on the phone to customer service but they still could not help me. Is there someone who can help?

@IanBoothby @lufthansa with my @lufthansa flight the germans had very heavy security and inhumane treatment. It felt like I was on the train to Belsen - as opposed to a plane.

@lufthansa Hi Lufthansa, I had a flight with you from Mallorca to Budapest which was supposed to run from 4.30pm - 7.00pm. Due to poor service and delayed flight after delayed flight the service took 29 hours - and a stay in a hostel outside Munich to get back to Budapest.

@DVLAgovuk if every car has an individual number plate - why do I need the number from my V5/V11 to pay tax on that car? Why can't your team check the database and give this number? This is mindless bureaucracy #thecastle #kafka
