Ethereum is poised to become the bedrock of the internet of value, securing hundreds of trillions over decades, even centuries.

Ethereum must survive anything: nation states, quantum computers. Whatever comes. Call it fort mode. If the internet is up, Ethereum is up. If the world is online, the world is onchain.

offense—beast mode

Ethereum is hungry. “Scale L1, scale blobs” is a strategic urgency inside the EF’s Protocol cluster. Expect low-hanging performance gains over the next 6–12 months.

Longer term? Think gigagas L1, teragas L2. Call it beast mode.

lean upgrades

Lean Ethereum proposes bold upgrades across all three L1 sublayers:

→ lean consensus is beacon chain 2.0: hardened for ultimate security and decentralization, plus finality in seconds; formerly branded as “beam chain”
→ lean data is blobs 2.0: post-quantum blobs, plus granular blob sizing for a calldata-like developer experience
→ lean execution is EVM 2.0: a minimal, SNARK-friendly instruction set (possibly RISC-V; pronounced “risk five”), boosting performance while preserving EVM compatibility and its network effects

The consensus layer (CL), data layer (DL), execution layer (EL) have each been reimagined from first principles. Together, they unlock fort mode and beast mode.

The goal: performance abundance under the constraint of non-negotiable continuity, maximum hardness, and refreshing simplicity.

lean cryptography

Hash-based cryptography is emerging as the ideal foundation for lean Ethereum. It offers a compelling, unified answer to two megatrends reshaping the ecosystem:

→ the explosive rise of SNARKs
→ the looming quantum threat

Imagine the leanest cryptographic brick—the hash function—singlehandedly powering L1:

→ CL: hash-based aggregate signatures upgrade BLS signatures

现在很多人，实际上也包括我们美国的投资人，把 @SolvProtocol 与 Ondo 对标。我一直没有公开对这一对比发表看法，但今天在一个场合被问急眼了，表达了以下观点：

1. Ondo 是目前 RWA 赛道龙头，近期市值暴涨，一度近百亿美金。能够跟它对标，对我们来说是与有荣焉。但这件事情有蹊跷之处，因为在全球范围内 RWA 真实业务不但目前还没有真正起势，而且在这一轮牛市中也不太可能形成很大的规模。RWA 要解决的合规问题太多，不同的市场又有不同的规则，是一个长期建设的过程，我估计还大爆发还需要3-5年。那么为什么 RWA 概念突然受到追捧呢？

2. 我认为这反映了华尔街等主流金融圈的意愿。主流金融圈通过 BTC ETF 全面杀入 Web3，已经成为一支不可忽视的力量。在此之前，他们用了十年，试图通过诸如联盟链之类的抓手来规制和主导 Web3，结果基本失败了。现在，在 Web3 这个大局面里，他们最强大的优势还剩两个，一个是与权力的结合程度，二是手中握有巨大规模的 RWA 资产。推动 RWA 赛道的长期成功最符合他们的利益。这或许可以解释当前 Ondo 的火爆。那么这种势头可以持续吗？短期来说我认为会有反复，但是中长期趋势是确凿无疑的。

3. 中长期来说，RWA 的发展会呈现由点及面、自上而下的扩散过程。也就是先从法治完备、信用发达地区开始，先从国债、政府担保资产高信用等级资产开始，逐渐扩散。因此，我们判断，RWA 资产初期主要还是产生于发达经济体当中。

4. 从产品和技术来说，Solv 的确是面向 RWA 构建的 DeFi 资产通证化、管理和交易基础设施。因此把 Solv 与 Ondo 对标，我们认为并不违和。我本人不了解 Ondo 底层技术，但 Solv 在底层为接入各种 RWA 并且进行风控管理做了大量工作，在这方面，我猜测 Ondo 未必有我们强。

5. 鉴于 RWA 资产短期内并不能能够真正获得爆发，因此 Solv 还是将当前的重点放到 Web3 原生资产上，也就是近期主推的 BTCFi native yield 基金。未来还将陆续推出其他原生收益基金。

6. 但是，Solv 的基金是主动策略基金。怎么理解？拿 SolvBTC 来说，其底层资产与其说是比特币，不如说是围绕比特币构建起来、经过长期的资管策略。Solv 通过一个非常精致的结构把多个这样的资管策略放在我们精心构建的风控保险箱里，然后再组合成为一个 portfolio，这个才是 SolvBTC。

7. Solv 的这套底层基础设施是超配的，事实上如果只是要做 SolvBTC、SolvETH、SolvUSD 这样的产品，根本不需要这么长时间、这么大规模的构建。Solv 的底层基础设施完全是为了对接 RWA 所打造的。

8. 只不过 Solv 采取了务实的策略，聚焦 BTCFi，因此我们能够提供比 Ondo 更高的 APY。

9. 长期来说，一旦 RWA 大潮真的到来，Solv 的这套基础设施对接起来将会是极具竞争力和先发优势的。唯一的问题是，我们将来是否能够接触到足够多的优质的 RWA。不过我对此持有强烈的信心。

10. 我之所以敢这么说，是因为 Solv 的本质和内核技术是 ERC-3525 数字票据，而数字票据是将 RWA 数字化、符号化，从而进入 Web3 价值网络里的必经之路，是一个要害。绝大多数人还没有认识到“票据”这个东西在未来数字经济当中的核心作用，所以对这一点还体会不深。我想再过一年左右，情况就会十分明显。

11. 所以最后做个总结：RWA 赛道突然火起来，背后是主流金融圈的影响。Solv 确实是 RWA，所以大家把 Solv 与 Ondo 对标没有大毛病。但是 Solv 更加务实，所以在 RWA 资产没有上量的情况下，短期内聚焦 BTCFi，能够为用户提供更高的 APY。未来真的要干 RWA，我认为 Solv 的优点是基础设施做得更坚实一些，技术上扼守咽喉要道，更有后劲，缺点是还没发币，关注度不够，另外将来是否能够抢到足够多的优质 RWA，这个还需要靠团队和社群共同努力。

The Open Network Foundation, which develops the namesake $TON blockchain that powers Telegram’s new advertising platform, will allocate 30 million Toncoin (TON) tokens, worth $115 million at the time of publication, for community rewards.

According to the March 20 announcement, the incentives will be allocated to four areas: $38 million for token mining and user incentives, $22 million for airdrops, $15 million for The League developer ecosystem, and $40 million for liquidity pool boosts.

"Starting April 1, in 1 month seasons, TON Foundation will distribute 30 million Toncoin, roughly equivalent to $115 million,” the foundation wrote, adding: "4 systems will help us distribute all that #Toncoin, and show the simple conversion path from humble Telegram user to on-chain CHAD."
