@AirIndiaX @AirIndiaX I received my bag today at 2:15 AM, I am confused whether to be infuriated for delivering it at such a odd time or be relieved that i finally got my bag.
Anyway this whole experience has taught me a valuable lesson to never use your services ever again.

Disappointed with @AirIndiaX . Flight IX 1591(PAT-HDO) left without loading everyone's checked-in baggage today. Totally unacceptable,how can you miss a bag that's been properly checked in? Please resolve this urgently and update me.

As promised luggage should have been delivered by now but there is no update today, so your assurances are not helpful.
Kindly escalate my issue and provide some real updates rather than template replies.
