@IFBAppliances Hi Bhavya..Shared you detail over mail. Got a call from local ifb centre in evening yesterday, but thats it. I dont think any action going to be taken today or tomorrow since they work like govt employees as i mentioned earlier.
Pls see if anything can b done

The washing machine that I am using is of great quality providing me untiring service since almost 12 years now. But due to uncaring nature and govt emp way of working by your franchise ppl in this area, I am afraid I dont want to reconsider IFB as my next machine

@IndiGo6E I always thought within India to fly from one place to other, Indigo is the airline to go for. But the inhumane behavious of your staffs are spoling the reputation of ur airline big time.
I was travelling from Kol to Goa with 2 senior citizens and 1 kid 6 year old(1/2)

My parents almost literally started begging because of their medical condition. But not to any effect for Ms Merry who was the gate manager. Just 5 mins earlier few late passengers were allowed to board. I know on time every time is imp, but there has to b some humane aspect too!
