Why not looking for safety for women.
Why not looking towards crime rate.
Why only dogs are relocating.
The reason is Delhi people have elected the BJP and most importantly BJP has chosen a wrong person.

As MCD and NDMC has started their operations for relocating dogs and it is concerning that dogs are getting harmed, I have seen multiple videos about on Instagram and seen post by different which shows that it is happening and it will happen on large scale. @narendramodi

This is concerning and this is unethical and insensible decision by Delhi govt.
This is not a warning or any message, it's a direct threat to those who are relocating dogs.
