I agree and I am thankful that I got a resolution to my issues but my concern is about the issues occurring and that too multiple time. You can priorly mention in the app itself if any particular product is out of stock, its as simple as that. By sending me the unwanted product you guys are wasting yours as well as my time and also resources. And yes I have to go through the hectic process of ordering, receiving unwanted product, raising an issue and putting my efforts in explaining that the issue is genuine(that too once your executives are available, as blinkit is most of the times serving too many queries) and then waiting for a refund, just because your app and stock at your warehouse are not in sync.👏👏👏
