My parcel with Tracking ID 2827794855072 has been stuck at the Delhivery Medchal Hub for the past 5 days with no movement towards the destination area.

I cancelled the parcel this morning, but even after cancellation,

@delhivery @help_delhivery it has not moved towards the nearest hub for return. The tracking status simply says “Delayed due to network congestion.I honestly don't understand what kind of “network congestion” can keep a parcel stuck at the same hub for 5 days.
