Thank you, @prevotmaxime, for your friendship and unwavering support.
The past days have brought many important discussions with partners and allies. What I particularly value is that Ukraine can always count on Belgium as a principled friend, a reliable partner, and a country that consistently turns commitments into tangible support.
Decisions made now will resonate far beyond Ukraine. Looking forward to our continued cooperation.
In countries that have successfully reversed democratic backsliding in recent years—from Poland in 2023 to Hungary in 2026—opposition movements made prosecuting those who have broken laws a central campaign issue.
🔥🔥 I don’t think the Moscow air defense is supposed to fire, after a long volley of small arms fire, and then do a fly by of the drone.
But: You do you, Russian air defense.
President Zelensky just confirmed the second strike on Moscow's refinery this week. Then he said something Putin doesn't want to hear: "It is time the war ended."
Strikes also hit Rostov region and occupied Ukrainian territory - "a fully justified response to Russian attacks on our cities." He thanked the SBU, the drone forces, special operations and military intelligence by name.
But the strikes were the easy part. What came right after them was the point: "Russia must take the necessary steps in diplomacy."
Three and a half years of bombs and silence from Moscow. The country under attack is the one demanding it end.
That's not weakness. That's leverage.
Solovyov called on Russians to prepare for self-sacrifice. "War is a long will. We need not panic, but analyze. It's time to ask ourselves: 'Can we do it again?'" he stated.
Of course he won’t be in line for self sacrifice - he hopes to remain behind the scenes mouthing off and being paid to do that as a cowardly propaganda merchant.
As always, a good meeting with @SecGenNATO Mark Rutte. We discussed the measures we agreed to implement with our partners during the G7 Summit. The key priority is working on strengthening our defense and obtaining licenses from the United States for the production of air defense equipment.
We also spoke about adding new contributions to PURL. This initiative is very helpful in protecting lives, and it is essential that deliveries of anti-ballistic missiles be as swift as possible.
I thanked Mark for the invitation to the NATO Summit in Ankara. We will work to make it effective for Ukraine’s defense. Thank you, Mark, for your support!
Trump spent years attacking Biden for sending roughly $65 billion in military aid (falsely claiming that $300 billion was sent) to Ukraine.
Then came the Iran war, costing the US around $25 billion, triggering a global economic shock, and forcing Gulf allies to burn through huge stocks of Patriot missiles and other air defense systems.
Now Trump's deal promises a $300 billion reconstruction fund, sanctions relief, and access to tens of billions in previously frozen Iranian assets.
MAGA somehow calls this a "win."
Make it make sense.
Ukraine 🇺🇦 has now targeted around 500 russian 🇷🇺 trucks and vehicles during the last 48 days.
Mid-range strikes continue to expand across occupied territories, on roads, bridges and rear base. This continues to slow down russian offensive.

During our meeting with Prime Minister of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis @kmitsotakis, I briefed him in detail on the frontline situation and the consequences of Russian attacks against Ukraine. I spoke about the G7 Summit meetings, agreements, and diplomatic efforts to bring peace closer. We paid special attention to Ukraine’s EU accession. After the opening of the first negotiating cluster, opening the remaining five clusters as soon as possible is a priority.
I am grateful to Greece for all the military assistance already provided and for its contribution to the PURL program. One of the most important tasks is to strengthen Ukraine’s air defense and expand our anti-ballistic capabilities.
Passengers of Casablanca - Moscow flight are whining and bitching that they've been kept on board for 8 hours already and that they are exhausted and tired.
Poor things, lol. Fak off...
Moscow as dark as the souls of its people... never wanted to visit Russia until right now. These days, there is actually something to see there 🖤🐈⬛🐦⬛
One of the most popular questions asked by Muscovites this morning is “What is going on?”
I can answer. Your country started a war of aggression against ours. For years, it has been killing our people.
Now that you know what’s going on, ask Putin when he is planning to end it.
New wallpaper for my phone: it helps to calm down, reset breathing, and reminds what to focus on. Also it’s just beautiful.
The moment a storage tank at the Moscow oil refinery was hit: the blast blew the tank’s lid off.
The funny part - in almost every video, ordinary Russians keep asking the same questions: “Why are they bombing us? What is going on? Can anyone explain what’s happening? Why don’t we have gas? What’s up with that?”
It feels surreal watching brainwashed people, who have always claimed to be “out of politics” suddenly confront reality.
🇺🇦 Belgium was honoured to welcome President @ZelenskyyUa and his delegation, including Foreign Minister @Andrii_Sybiha, to Brussels today.
These are decisive months for Ukraine and for Europe's security. Belgium's message is unchanged: we stand with Ukraine - politically, militarily and in the hard work of rebuilding what this war is destroying.
Good talks, in a spirit of friendship and resolve. Україна не сама. Бельгія поруч.

Yesterday, I raised two urgent issues with Mark Rutte. The first is the number of unmanned ground vehicles. The second is long-range artillery ammunition. Right now, there is not enough of either. We need both urgently.
The funding being allocated for this is not enough. The quantities Europe is producing are not enough. What the Ukrainian army is receiving is not enough. But we can increase all of this. The capacity is there.

‼️ZELENSKYY: IF UKRAINE BURNS, YOUR MOSCOW WILL BURN TOO.
“First off, about our response, which is totally fair, on Moscow. Well, you all see it, despite the three layers of air defense Moscow has, we said it before, - we would get to them. If Putin doesn't want to end this war and just wants to keep going, we won't just sit around quietly; we'll respond. The response has to be strong and fair. They (Russians) hit the Lavra (Cathedral). And afterwards during our meeting there with journalists, we were at the Lavra, and I said it very openly: we will prepare a response, and you'll see it. I think you can see it now. We don't want this war, and we never did. And everyone knows it, and our partners know it too. And we definitely don't want Ukraine to be burning because of the enemy. But if Ukraine burns, your Moscow will burn too”
