Your WhatsApp bot tells me to call 1800-896-9999. I called the number, but the IVR provides NO option to disconnect/terminate the service. The JioCare bot then

My internet service is already down, my complaint is stuck at “Assigning Engineer”, and now Jio is making it unnecessarily difficult to terminate a POSTPAID connection.
@JioCare So after waiting 4+ hours, your DM response is just repeating the same support ticket status I can already see in the MyJio app: “Assigning Engineer.” What exactly is the support here? Your public reply says “DM us,” but in DM there is no actual help or resolution. #JioAirFiber

May not have a lot of content but a good place to start learning. Also, hope to see more content in future in various regional languages. Thinking in Tamil/Marathi/Gujarati and learning in English is sometimes hard for some people.
