Could VISA stamped passport suffice that document need?

Would I be able to travel and get my study permit on the basis of stamped passport and other documents.

@CanadainIndia You need to give specific guidelines which may be similar to fall 2020 for winter2021 students. Literally that would be great relief. 🙏🙏

@CanadainIndia Please introduce similar guidelines as fall 2020 for winter 2021 students. It seems that you guys wont let us give biometrics till next year 2021 and even if you do there are thousands of students for winter 21, how every one will get there final decision and passport stamped!!

Can you please confirm whatever we interpret is correct or not?
So does this means, PGWP will be counted from the day visa application has been submitted?
So that one could study onlineFall2020 even if they receive AIP a little later?
