Any options to raise a case against BDA for misliading about Tax payment in Consumer court?
They charged fine us without our fault. We sincerly asked for tax on May 2026 Even BDA commissioner said layout transfer to GBA and tax collected by GBA @Captain_Mani72

@harisprabhakar @Captain_Mani72 @BDAOfficialGok First they published on paper BSK 6th stage handover to GBA. April last week asked BDA boss to about taxpayment. They said handover to GBA and Ticket raised in BDA got call from CC team they Said Handover to GBA.
Now U turn BDA raised tax invoice with 10% late fee.

As early April you said handover to GBA and tax collection by GBA. Now how you imposed fine.
