It's unfortunate that incidents like this happen. The guy with a black jacket entered the storage area of a costcutter shop and tried setting things on fire. Although the panic button was put out, calling 999 timely is important as well.

@airindia This is officially the worst airline in the world. How can you ask me to wait for 23 hours in Mumbai airport and ask me to travel in the connecting flight the next day? It’s your fault that flight is delayed from London and I want a connecting flight on same day
@airindia I want a flight on the same day. If I am made to stay in airport I want all my expenses to be covered by airline including meals, refreshments and longue access.

@airindia This has the worst business class experience ever. The staff at Heathrow are unbelievably insensitive and inhumane.
No assistant sent along with a single mum with an infant.
Causing unnecessary panic and anxiety on arrival. Gate crew lied about boarding timing.
