Really very poor services. I had ordered a bag which was delivered to home address but return was allowed only through self ship. Even after that, courier partner tried multiple delivery attempts to Manesar return address but the employee do not accept it

@MyntraSupport The response does not provide any solution. That's the same response I have been getting from customer service and it's already 7th May. The shipment was returned on 20th April and still no action taken. @jagograhakjago @myntra @myntra

@MyntraSupport I have shared the details, but still the issue is how the shipment will return as courier partner has returned the shipment as no one received the package and I have to travel this week.

This is thw status of cleanliness and hygiene in trains. Such high fares of Vande bharat but no maintenance. Train was delayed boarding due to cleaning and running 1 hr late yet this was state. @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia
