On 13-08-2026, I paid ₹3,000 for a Jio installation. I was clearly promised that the installation would be completed within 24–48 hours.

Since then, the installation team calls me daily asking, “Sir, where should we come?” Even after sharing my location repeatedly, nobody arrives. When I call them back, they don’t answer.

This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve this immediately.
