@Dhimahi11 I beg to disagree with you. India does lack civic sense in many behaviours. Littering & throwing garbage on roads despite dustbins. Traffic indiscipline, public property misuse, jumping ques, spitting in public. Infrastructure is improving but civic behaviour still needs change.
