My parents confirmed PNR is downgraded from 3A to 3E, they are senior citizens and are above 70. One is having health issue as well. PNR is 2461888937. How easy to handle all this trouble at this age

@airindiain We have booked to and fro travel during april 2021 and informed to customer care for open date change. Over the call it was confirmed by care executive for open date change till 1 year. Now when we are calling to customer care, new story is popping out everytime.1/3
