The amount of frustration and mental agony I've gone through the past 4 days is just unbearable. Oriental insurance is the policy issuer and I have been told the delay is due to technical reasons. @policybazaar

@LGIndia I was under the impression that the indoor unit has a 5 year warranty including the cooling tubes. But he kept informing that the coils do not get covered under warranty. Can someone explain as to what procedure for warranty is?

@LGIndia Also when I questioned the personnel as to why the coils are of low quality, he comfortably chose not to respond and just abruptly informed if I need the AC to be functioning back, I need to make the payment. It was very rude. I dont think your customers can be treated like this.

@LGIndia I did not proceed with the service because your technician informed that the coils inside the indoor unit have become rusted and needs replacement and will cost almost 13k including labour charges. Is this the kind of quality you promised fon your cooling coils ... #shameful
