Appreciate @odela_srikanth for not releasing a trailer. Smart move, because there’s barely any content beyond slow-mo shots and mass elevation attempts. 😭

Best decision was hiding the footage. Might be time to pack up.

#TheParadise first half: DISAPPOINTING.

@odela_srikanth needs to move beyond this mass template, and @NameisNani chasing mass appeal just doesn’t feel natural.

Very little lands, and even @anirudhofficial’s BGM feels surprisingly sub-par. Expected a LOT more.

Ramayana would’ve created the perfect visual and character break.

Then when Toxic arrived, audiences may have actually wanted that larger-than-life, swag-heavy Yash back instead of constantly comparing him to Rocky Bhai.

After a 4-year wait post #KGF2, I genuinely feel Yash should’ve had #Ramayana release before #Toxic.

Toxic carries a similar rugged visual aura to KGF, so naturally many walked in expecting the same Yash again.

But with #Toxic, something feels different.

Suddenly everyone needs to post a verdict, make a reel, mock a scene, declare it a disaster and convince others not to watch it.

At some point, it stops looking like normal criticism and starts feeling like a coordinated pile-on.

We’ve all watched far worse films. Some had huge budgets with barely any production value. Some were so bad I’ve literally walked out midway.

Most of the time, we just said “not for me” and moved on.

Finally feels like true cinema lovers are slowly embracing #Toxic. ❤️

Quite a few people in my circle who weren’t fully convinced the first time went for a rewatch and ended up loving it.

Good cinema sometimes needs a little time and a second chance to sink in.

@KVNProductions should seriously consider reducing ticket prices now. Make rewatches easier and let more people experience the film without hesitation.

To everyone who walked out of #Toxic disappointed, and to reviewers who wrote it off after one watch: please give it one more chance.

Go in without expecting KGF, forget the hype, and just watch Raya’s journey. The second half genuinely plays very differently.

We keep asking Indian cinema to give us world-class craft, scale and something different.

When someone actually attempts it, we should at least give that effort a fair chance.

Criticise what didn’t work, absolutely. But don’t dismiss the ambition behind it. ❤️
