Hiring: Triager
Offer is doing 25-50k mnth scaling
Niche: Tiktok Ecom
You will just be Calling up leads within 5 mins of them booking for about 5 mins that’s all
US/UK accent

👉 Primary Responsibilities:
✅ Triage booked calls (ensures the lead is qualified & prepared).
✅ Calls all qualified leads who haven’t booked a call yet.
✅ Calls no-shows to reschedule them.
✅ Follows up on any previous leads, ensure maximum calls booked
👉 Pay Structure:
💰 $5 per booked call that shows (If Triage ONLY).
💰 $10 per booked call that shows + 2% commission on closed deals. (Booked + Triaged).
📊 KPIs (Performance Metrics):
📌 All booked calls are triaged.
📌 All qualified leads who haven’t booked in are called.
📌 Minimum 100 outbound calls per day.
📌 Minimum 10-20 booked calls per week.
📌 Maintain at least a 75% show-up rate.
📌 Work Schedule: 10 AM - 8 PM CST.
