Your sales executive told me at the time of installing the PhonePe Business Speaker that ₹49 would be deducted only for 15 months, and after that it would be free for a lifetime. It's been over 2 years, but ₹49 is still being deducted every month. Why?

@PhonePeSupport There has been no response from your side till now and as I had informed earlier, your team had said that Rs. 49 will be debited for 15 months after which it will be free for lifetime, but Rs. 49 is still being debited and I have not received the refund till now.
