My meter is recharge and electricty is there till the meter but it is not flowing to the house . Pathetic service. Already registered complaint with south Bihar electricity department . My Pincode is 823001. customer support is useless

@SEVA_SBPDCL I have Grampower Smart Meter at my home but from past 3 hours there is no electricity which is very tiring for us. Pathetic service. Customer care representatives are also not entertaining any complaint.
