@SandeshAgrawal7@RPJaiswal8@AskAnshul@PMOIndia@HMOIndia Article 331 & Article 333 of the Indian Constitution wherein representation is given to Anglo-Indians in Indian Parliament & State Assemblies should either be revoked or the representation should be given to Parsis, Buddhists, Jains or Sikhs.
Honest feedback for the GoI to consider, offered as a well-wisher:
1. E20 is a massive issue. Just because people aren't protesting in the streets doesn't mean it isn't. There is a simmering anger everywhere.
2. The root cause of this mess is singular: someone decided it was acceptable to ignore the National Policy on Biofuels 2018's plan to introduce E20 in 2030, which would have allowed older, non-compliant vehicles to phase out naturally. Instead, E20 was rolled out despite the fact that most vehicles on the road are not calibrated to run on it.
3. There is no "lobby" behind this public frustration. If the govt believes there is, they should expose the nexus and let citizens decide for themselves. Otherwise, ministers and spokespersons are only making things worse by using "lobbies" and "deep states" as defensive arguments.
4. Vehicle performance is suffering. Drivers are experiencing a drop in mileage and damage to parts. After months of denial, even Nitin Gadkari and Hardeep Puri have acknowledged "some issues" with Ethanol.
5. If the goal is true energy security, the focus and push must shift toward EVs, alongside exploring nuclear energy as a primary power source. The govt should encourage and incentivize EV adoption through subsidies and a robust infrastructure network. Ethanol, in the way it is currently being implemented, is doing more harm than good.
6. The solution is to provide a choice between E0 and E20. If the current fuel infrastructure cannot support both, E20 should be rolled back to E10 until 2030. This will allow older cars and bikes to be phased out naturally before moving forward. And also, do not introduce E27 or whatever is next till the new fleet is E27 compliant and all E20 cars are phased out, unless there is an infrastructure in place to dispense both in future.
Bro, Mahindra,
The issue isn't whether your E20-"compliant" vehicles are fully ready for the transition. That's common sense, we don't need an official statement for that.
The real issue is whether your E20-"non-compliant" vehicles, i.e., all Mahindra vehicles manufactured before April 2023, are safe to run on E20 or not.
If they are safe, then why does the owner's manual for your vehicles manufactured before April 2023 explicitly warn owners not to use fuel with ethanol, stating that it can cause engine damage?
A daycare employee at Capgemini's Bengaluru campus couldn't bear the abuse of the kids at the centre.
She reported it to supervisor, but instead of taking action, they fired her. She then became a whistleblower and leaked videos that exposed the abuse.
In the videos, toddlers were made to sit inside the drum of a front-loading washing machine, had water sprayed into their mouths using a toilet jet spray, were locked inside bathrooms, and were forced into narrow, water-filled pipes to frighten them. The videos triggered outrage, forcing authorities to act.
Today, according to media reports, the police have arrested the whistleblower only for allegedly "leaking sensitive videos." Lol! What a system! A poor woman with a clear conscience stood up to the powerful and went public, not for personal gain or with any malicious intent, but solely to protect those children. And she's the one who gets arrested.
Vehicle buyers pay huge upfront taxes, fees, and cesses. In return, they deserve the basic right to buy the exact fuel their vehicle engines were designed to run on.
If the govt wanted to "experiment" with E20 fuel, they should have done it responsibly by either buying a sample fleet of second-hand cars to test in a controlled settings or invite willing citizens to opt-in using subsidized fuel.
Forcing a mandatory policy onto everyone first and checking if it damages their engines later is outrageous. Treating the entire public as involuntary test subjects is a massive overreach.
🚨 #ExpressInvestigation | Since he took oath as CM of Madhya Pradesh on December 13, 2023, Mohan Yadav’s family and their real estate companies have bought at least 137 plots, adding up to 168 acres, for Rs 45 crore, in zones most benefited by this infrastructure push, an investigation of land records by @mazoomdaar has found.

This is so depressing to watch...
No sense of responsibility or civic ownership among the masses, and total apathy among those responsible for cleanliness.
What's worse is that it's become so normalized that people still hang out and have fun amid this filth.

Viceroy Gor needs to be called in ! Period ! All negotiations on trade deal need to stop. There is a limit of America to keep attacking India Manned crews !
Who the hell is United States to decide what is sanctioned where will i get my oil from. It is now time to defy & assert !
Chinese tankers & shadow fleet is also going, but Americans dare not touch it !
This is not done @narendramodi & @DrSJaishankar ! Atleast speak up for your men. Name USA call it out. Just for few Oligarchs their business dealings, National interests cannot be sacrificed !
What @SuvenduWB has done in a fortnight, @BhajanlalBjp and @DrMohanYadav51 couldn’t do in two years. People who rise from ground with their own fight make their own path.
This is a message for @narendramodi ji @AmitShah ji and @NitinNabin. A Congress kind of High command Culture kills the party and people with less ground connect try to build themselves up by pushing divisive caste agenda or secular politics to create a vote base they never had.

Booked an @AkasaAir ticket via @agoda and accidentally selected Navi Mumbai instead of Mumbai.
Tried cancelling via Agoda - they showed a cancellation fee of ₹4,764 and refund of just ₹1,571.
Then I checked directly with Akasa Air.
Akasa Air’s own cancellation page shows:
• Total deduction: ₹299
• Refund amount: ₹6,076
Akasa customer care also confirmed the airline cancellation charge is only ₹299, and since the booking was made through Agoda, the refund would go back to Agoda.
So the obvious question:
If the airline is deducting only ₹299, why is Agoda charging me ₹4,764?
That’s an extra ₹4,465 for what exactly?
Charging 15x the airline’s actual cancellation fee for the same ticket feels completely unethical.
@agodaindia please explain this loot.
@AkasaAir passengers deserve transparency from booking partners.

Why am I smelling something really, really rotten here?
‘Aman ki asha’…shadowy NGO language…
Is there something sinister that doesn’t immediately meet the eye?
Or just a sheep in wolf skin?
Civilisations have survived and kept peace only by fighting and vanquishing their enemies. Wars and conflicts have always been part and parcel of human existence. The path to peace is not through negotiation but through strength and the fear among enemies of the unacceptable cost they will have to pay if they mess with you. Negotiations have never solved conflicts but only formalised what was decided on the battlefield. The last sentence about “just settlement…” is a familiar trope used by the Pakistanis to make a case for Kashmir. Surely an ex army chief should have known better than to flog this sentence.
