The NBA's Last 2 Minute report rules OG Anunoby's block on De'Aaron Fox to be a Correct No Call.
"Anunoby makes a legal attempt to block Fox's shot and dislodges the ball from his control before making incidental arm contact."
Rewatching the OG Anunoby’s “block” on De’Aaron Fox at the end of Game 4 & it looks like he may have gotten away with a foul…
It looks like the force of OG hitting Fox’s arm is what caused the ball to only softly hit the backboard. Fox retains firm possession of the ball even as OG seems to slightly tip it in Fox’s lay-up progression.
In the NBA, slight contact with the ball does not automatically make all subsequent contact legal.
It’s still a bonehead play by Fox to go for the lay-up imo, but did the Knicks get away with a foul?
- Brunson Grabs Jersey.
- Wemby pushes him away like the small man he is.
- morons online “how dare Wemby”
Knicks playing unethical but can’t handle the same heat back.
Spurs shown with MIN & OKC they fight back against unethical hoops.
@OsheaJacksonJr Jalen had it coming.
Grabbing his jersey and refs not calling shit. How is the dude suppose to play.
Jalen played dirty first. I don’t see the issue here.
This shows that people are more focused on the obvious one-time foul than the constant jersey grabbing that Wemby receives every game.
How is he suppose to play against illegal moves that aren’t being called?
That’s the bigger issue.
@BenStiller
Maybe don’t tug onto the giants jersey constantly.
How is Wemby suppose to play if he’s being held down illegally and not getting called for it?
@PovertyFan24@Cantguardzach2 What you talking about he wasn’t super reckless athlete.
His injuries was because of the style of his play
He was always physical when driving down to the paint which took a toll on his body
