I’m excited to share Magnum Photos’ latest initiative: The Collector Cooperative.

Our foundation has been connected with Magnum Photos since 2018, starting with the discussions that led to the 2020 Live Lab at Atlanta’s High Museum of Art. This groundbreaking exhibit, in collaboration with Magnum, the High, Hagan Arts (Hagan Family Foundation) and Greg Harris from the High Museum's photography department, was a first for the Atlanta art scene.

Magnum has always been a pioneer.

Now Magnum has a new space for dialogue and encounters created to bring together friends of Magnum Photos from around the world.

The mission of this cooperative is to support the work of Magnum photographers and to create a space for discussion of contemporary issues in photography.

The Magnum Collector Cooperative will eventually bring together 500 members - friends of art and photography but also a variety of personalities and professions on the five continents chosen for their engagement in the world.
