My biggest gripe with Messi fans is how they try to invalidate this man’s career.

I don’t care if Messi is your goat, you have every reason to believe that. But to suggest that there are other players between them is disingenuous 😂

Ronaldo has thrived under different teams, different systems, different coaches, different leagues, different styles of play and still managed to adapt to accommodate his age.

However you flip them, Ronaldo and Messi are the two greatest footballers of all time. The gap between them and the third best player is massive so let’s not pretend like it isn’t.

Thomas Tuchel took the wrong players, never got his team selection nailed down, his in game decisions were baffling, he was bailed out by Jude Bellingham & co time & again, being in the Semi Final was thanks to the players not him & he is the reason they are going home.
