@British_Airways for goodness sake, please sort out communications re lost baggage. Pilot says "waiting for bags" .. flight delayed. Arrive destination. No bags. Now a nightmare trying to locate and get delivered!!!

@BBCBreakfast I am listening. I know first hand that not EVERY pensioner is against the winter fuel being means tested. Some agree!!!! Some don't NEED it and are glad it goes to those who need it. Maybe we should talk about putting in support to help them apply??

@AvantiWestCoast I just tried to book online. Only Preston to Lancaster. Put in discount code n did not apply. I will just use ticket office. To me, the discount should apply no matter how I buy tickets.

@SkyNews @KayBurley Totally agree with their strike.... n their request for increased pay. The NHS is an incredible service but needs investment and reorganisation!!!!

@BBCNews I was in hospital for last one day strike.... doc did not get to see me til 7 (so still wkin skeleton staff). He was so apologetic as he explained delay... I said it was fine n I fully support them. He then switched to being grateful that I was not mad!!!!
