恐竜にスクラップを入れるのは先攻ワンキルをするときくらいです。
The only time I put scrap on a dinosaur is when I'm going for a one-hit kill on the first.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Chugoku-Shikoku Tier List
Compiled based on the tournament distribution and results from this week’s “Hai no CS” event.
The S-Rank includes Kewl Tune, Toon, and Unchained.
Two themes from the recently released REVOLUTION BOOSTER —Toon, Witchcraft, Unchained— have made it into the S-Rank.
Toon has continued to perform well since last week and has reached the S-Rank.
This week, Toon decks that aim for FTK (First Turn Kill) delivered strong results.
For Unchained, the long-awaited addition of a key opening card within the theme has increased the deck’s stability.
Since the drawback of having your own cards destroyed is minimal, it’s difficult for Ghost Rabbit—often used as a Toon counter—to be effective. Additionally, against “Ritual of Light and Darkness,” which is widely distributed in the Chugoku-Shikoku region, Unchained Enma Ten Yama can take the destruction hit in your place, allowing you to ignore resistance and go for destroying Mind Shuffle, making it easier to fight.
It will be interesting to see if it can continue to perform well beyond just this week.
Ranked A: ElfNotes, Ritual of Light and Darkness, and Ryzeal, Mitsurugi
Ritual of Light and Darkness has dropped to Rank A.
There’s no doubt this deck still enjoys strong popularity in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions, but since the release of the new set, its prevalence has been on a downward trend compared to the first phase.
Although we’re nearing the end of the meta cycle, it will be interesting to see if it can make a comeback.
