from asking to raising more requests to nothing can be done. terrible experience for a regular customer. running around for almost a month for a simple return of item.
your company may have lakhs of customers but you wont get any new business from me.

Terrible customer support at @myntra. My wife requested a return of item due to size issues. The item was ordered on 1st june and return was requested on the same. the item was picked the next day. The return was rejected but the dress was not returned.

upon raising customer care team the team said that they will send the dress back and we need to raise another request for return. they returned the item after keeping it for almost a week. so far we have raised multiple requests and response from customer care team has changed

@IndiGo6E hi, im traveling with my 2 years 3 months old kid from Hyderabad to Bagdogra. The travel guidelines mentions that 2 years or below dont need rt pcr. Just wanted to check if my kid would require rt pcr or not. Rt pcr at such a young age would be very painful for him.

@IndiaPostOffice this is a complaint regarding speedpost EW429838202IN. It was sent on 30th July and no update has happened on its status in last 14 days. Tracking on website and calling helpline numbers are not helpful. Please share the expected delivery date and current status
