THE SEVEN DEADLY SINS OF ARNELL IGNACIO

Kakasuhan daw ng gobyerno si DDS Arnell Ignacio ayon kay Department of Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Cacdac.

Cacdac raised seven red flags in the deed of sale transaction forced by Arnell Ignacio:

1. Questionable purpose of land acquisition

2. Conversion of emergency repatriation funds (P2.6 Billion) into capital outlay (P1.4 Billion)

3. Land title not clean, misrepresentation in the absolute deed of sale

4. Transfer taxes that should not be paid by OWWA was paid by OWWA

5. Rent from land/property still collected by private person despite land title already transferred to OWWA

6. Condominium units part of the deed of sale were already abolished and should not have been part of the purchase price

7. Sale and other parts of the process did not go through OWWA Board of Directors

Ang ginawa ni Arnell Ignacio, he arrogated unto himself ang mga powers na hindi dapat sa kanya. Parang diktador, hindi nya dinaan sa OWWA Board kaya walang check and balance.

Kahit walang pera na binulsa si Arnell Ignacio, liable siya for numerous counts of graft and corruption - clear ang damage sa government.

Pero ang problema and dapat sagutin ni Arnell Ignacio, inalis ng seller and buyer (OWWA/Arnell) ang broker so walang broker na kumita ng commision? Parang imposible.

Tapos Arnell acted like a broker for the seller because Arnell Ignacio forced OWWA to pay taxes that the seller should have paid (and OWWA is exempt by law from paying).

Karen Davila raised on her interview, Hot Copy on ANC, with Cacdac that the seller and Arnell Ignacio should be both held accountable given the shadowy and shady deal. 👊
