- after an hour a second bolt shows up and I pay 15 additional pounds to complete the journey

- bolt tells me it will refund the difference

- instead it gives me 2 pounds refund!!!

Absolute joke of the way I’ve been treated

Today I took a cab from Kingston to Uxbridge - expected price was 40 pounds

- taxi has a flat tyre midway through the journey

- I ended up missing work (300+) pounds self employment)

Charged me 60pound for an initial 36 pound trip and only paid the driver 27.

I would like the difference refunded or I will be going to the press absolutely disgusting behaviour

If you make a price stick to it

Delivery driver gets 70% of the way before claiming a tyre puncture on chat and marked food as delivered when he didn’t
order again- raised complaint with just east who said it was delivered. Scam! Refund due
