گزشتہ روز مسلم لیگ (ن) کے سزایافتہ اورمفرور رہنماء میاں محمد نواز شریف کےوکلاء کی جانب سے داخل کردہ ضمانت کی درخواست پر دیئے جانے والے اسلام آبادہائی کورٹ کے فیصلے پر پاکستان کی چوٹی کے تمام باضمیر، انتہائی تجربہ کار ، سینئروکلاء اور آئینی وقانونی ماہرین حیران وپریشان ہیں اور انتہائی فکرمند ہوکر یہ دعائیں کرنے پر مجبور ہیں کہ ،
اے باری تعالیٰ ! پاکستان کی عدالتوں پر اپنا رحم فرمااور انہیں ہمت وجرات عطا فرماکہ وہ آئین اور قانون کے مطابق انصاف کے ساتھ فیصلے کریں۔
میں خود بھی چند گھنٹوں میں کیے جانے والے اِس فیصلے کو سُن کر ششدر رہ گیا اور سوچنے پر مجبور ہوں کہ یہ کسی ہائی کورٹ کافیصلہ ہے یا کٹھ پتلی کا تماشا ہے جس میں کٹھ پتلیاں باقاعدہ ہِل جُل توضرور کرتی ہیں لیکن اُنہیں ڈوریوں کے ذریعے ہِلانے ، جُلانے اور نچانے والا کوئی اور ہوتا ہے۔ 
آج میں ایک بار پھر حضرت ِغالب (رح )کایہ شعر یہاں نقل کرنے پر مجبور ہوں کیونکہ جس کیفیت میں حضرتِ غالب (رح) یہ شعرکہنے پر مجبورہوئے تھے میں بھی اُسی کیفیت سے دوچار ہوں کہ،
بازیچہ ء اطفال ہے دُنیا مرے آگے
ہوتا ہے شب وروز تماشا مرے آگے
