i think this list is mostly fine but it doesn't really do justice to the items that become extremely powerful if paired (and also i don't agree with some of them but what can you do there) so here's my list and i'll explain situationals in replies

With out of the way here is a tier list I made of all the Beast Gear in the crucible. 1/8

The rest are judged individually and assumes that you're trying to go for apex or legendary, the elemental axes are really strong, master/hero gear obv really strong, mythril armor is much stronger than you think, any hp boosting gear strong etc
