#100DaysOfPositivity Day 23: relentless positivity. I think we are all feeling a bit apprehensive about the winter months ahead. I certainly am. My approach is to tackle it head on with a relentlessly positive attitude. And running and taking /sharing lots of photos.

#100DaysOfPositivity Day 9: What does success look like in #IBD treatment? One day we will be able to cure and prevent IBD. Until then we need achievable goals. If we can treat completely at diagnosis & maintain remission indefinitely we will have success. This is possible.
