It's hard to believe that it's been a year since the accidental leak of the official 101 Dalmatian Street Pilot episode!
It really opened up creative opportunities for the 101DS community, myself included!๐
I wonder what we should do to celebrate that?๐ค

I still can't believe the pilot episode is still a trend within the community! We meet Dylan and Doll-- er, Daisy again after several months!
Thank you, Theo, for contributing to this event!๐

I like to think that when Fergus calls Dylan "D-Dog" it's a reference of D-Dog from Metal Gear

Would you care to promote the live-tweet I made of the 101 Dalmatian Street pilot to reach out to more users who missed out on it?โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ
It's pinned on my Twitter/X account. Just quote tweet it and get the word out! This live-tweet has so much content to dive into, especially Hunter De Vil!โฌ๏ธโฌ๏ธ

Alright, my dedicated pups!๐ถ๐๐โ๐ฆบ๐ฉ
You waited for this! In a matter of minutes, we'll dive into the first half of the 20-minute pilot episode of 101 Dalmatian Street: "London, We Have a Problem"!
If you thought the pilot mirrors the actual episode of the series, you may be right! But in this early iteration of the episode, you're going to see a PAW-full of differences!๐
Get your popcorn ready!๐ฟ
Since I saw @WhistlerArtsX_X's Vanny in pilot look, I decided to make Demon in pilot look to join the bandwagon! Also, Demon originally had black hair before white hair! ๐

Wow, my dedicated pups... Just... WOW!!๐
Those 20 minutes of the pilot may not look like much at first glance, but it's actually opened a LOT of doors for us folks in the 101 Dalmatian Street community.
This has possibly changed everything we know and love about the show, and what opportunities we can look forward to in our works!๐จ๐๏ธ
So many major details to go through, such as the series bible, Dawkins' as a girl, the Puppiccino brand, Hunter's original ambition, and what things could've changed if the show had gone with the same direction of formula the pilot took, for better or worse, depending on how you look at it.
There were some things that I wish could've stayed for the first season of the show, like Hunter's parents for instance. I can understand why they swapped it out in "London, We Have a Problem" in favor of adding the scene of Pongo and Perdita to add canon and continuity from the original 101 Dalmatians animated film, though I honestly would like the show's creators to touch upon that scrapped element again in a potential revival of the show.
Honestly though, with how the pilot episode ended, it got me thinking.
The idea 101 Dalmatian Street going with the basic formula like Spongebob Squarepants, and making Hunter De Vil a recurring comical villain while ignoring continuity and having no story elements and callbacks from the original "One Hundred One Dalmatians" sounds a little bland, and I kinda prefer the De Vil story arc in the final version over this.
On the other paw though, it WOULD be interesting to see.๐
I had so much fun dissecting every element and detail packed in this 20-minute pilot, especially the series bible, and I'm so glad to share this with you dedicated pups!
Thank you all for watching this live-tweet commentary, and thank you @BabArt101Dal for being co-commentator, pointing out some details I had missed. I'll say it again, I am awfully interested in seeing some elements be brought up again for a potential future season of 101DS, and I don't think anyone's going to forget this pilot existed.
Now with that out of the way, I'm going to be HARD at work at finishing my first 101DS animatic for the May 15th release, and the teaser trailer for the dub of @redundantmodule's 101DS: Animal Control fan-comic series. Hope you dedicated pups are looking forward to that!
And with that, I'll see you all next time! Peace!โ๏ธ

And THAT, my dedicated pups
was the 20-minute pilot episode of 101 Dalmatian Street!
Oh man... I had a LOT of fun live-tweeting this. I'm not sure WHERE to begin on all of this.
I'll write down the final review of the pilot later today, so bear with me!๐

Later at dinnertime, Delilah and Doug had just returned home from work, oblivious to all the chaos that had happened between the Dalmatians and Hunter, to find that their children are well behaved.
Delilah: "So quiet..."
Doug: "And well behaved, by you two!"
Delilah: "Anything to report?"
Dylan/Daisy: "Same old, same old..."
Just another day at 101 Dalmatian Street!๐
#101dalmatianstreet #Save101DalmatianStreet #101DSPilot #101Dalmatians
And so, trigger words and teamwork rule the day, and all is well that ends well! Good job, you two!๐
#101dalmatianstreet #Save101DalmatianStreet #101DSPilot #101Dalmatians
And with that, the puppies break free from Hunter's grasp, and run back to home to reunite with their two eldest stepsiblings!
#101dalmatianstreet #Save101DalmatianStreet #101DSPilot #101Dalmatians
Not today, my dedicated pups!!
Cuz with their quick thinking, Dylan and Daisy use the trigger word to get the pups riled up!
