Day 8 celebrates our 'behind the scenes' teams, like Clinical Admin, Communications, Executives, Finance, HR, ICT, Learning & Development and Volunteer Development. These teams often go unseen but without them we wouldn't be able to keep doing what we do. #12DaysofStLukes

Day 5 of #12DaysofStLukes looks at our Integrated Community Team. Each patient seen at home has their own community nurse to provide specialised support and advice. Last year the team made 6,501 patient visits, almost 1,000 more than the previous year. https://t.co/1g2vsEF4WN

For day 2 of #12DaysofStLukes we're celebrating the multidisciplinary teams supporting our care. This year we've provided tailored programmes of therapies, treatments and advice to 268 patients; our patient transport services also provide a door-to-door service for patients.
