My second ever #12HourWalk yesterday. 7am-7pm, phone on airplane mode, unplug, reset + be reminded of the beauty of London. How fast or far one walks all matter of choice, doing it alone + unplugged is key. Highly recommended!

Day 29 of #ConjugateHard. Felt good for first workout back from the #12hourwalk. Had to modify the sprints to a bike bc of the pulled groin and will adapt/modify the lower body lifts until this heals. But just because your hurt or injured doesn't mean you can't modify!!! 111%

I recently read the book โThe 12 Hour Walkโ by @colinobrady. Yesterday I completed the #12hourwalk and covered 25.61 miles. I went from Campbell to Willow Glen and back. Then from Campbell to the Lexington Reservoir in Los Gatos and back. Here are a few photos from the day.
