@FisherTyson Can you say we told you ? That the @FMCSA either is ignorant of the trucking industry ? Or flat Falsified the numbers and stats it used to justify the #ELDmandate ! As the one size fits all #14HourRule could never work on anything but local and line haul trucking applications

@RobertR89261245 This 1 seems more like a medical related wreck But then again the #14hourRule enforced by #ELDs causes drivers to sit for extended periods up to 8 hours to make up for delays This leads to DVT & PVT which causes blood clots and strokes that usually are reported as heart attacks

It's a exorcise in futility But 2 things ONLY CONGRESS CAN CHANGE ARE WHAT I HAVE ADVOCATED FOR ! The end of the #14HourRule #ELDs should be voluntary !! As they are and still unconstitutional Even criminals can only be tracked by court order And this is what @OOIDA has stood for https://t.co/3zsJ1tYzrd

And a lot really don't understand that point ! But drivers are the only ones who can make a difference that matters anyways ! Taking time off is fine But without the Congress or @FMCSA aware of the reasons and a demand list

The trouble with regs in trucking, you got 2 kinds of people, ones that can, ones that think they can, regs are made for ones that think they can,unfortunateley, everybody has to follow them.#ELDMandate. #14hourrule.

@18wheelsrollon don't forget being able to stop and either drink coffee in the TS restaurant or Nap till RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC was over making it SAFER for CARS & TRUCKS both !
