Happy Thursday! Just finished 4.5 miles. First 2.5 we’re good, but then hi a wall. My goodness. 80 degrees is too hot to be in without a water break. Going to have to plan Tuesday’s race accordingly. Rough….

4 miles this morning! A lot less walking for a change. I think doing fast intervals on the hills yesterday really helped. Going to make sure I incorporate those at least twice a week. 20 days out from the Peachtree Road Race.

Happy Wednesday! Off schedule today due to a variety of reasons. Energy definitely lacking in the afternoon…. Still… almost three miles on the treadmill at a decent pace! New blog post today on the importance of a routine! :)

It was an active day today! Personal goal it run 4 or 5 short races in Charlotte this year! Off to a good start today… we’ll see how I feel tomorrow. Hope to be 15k+ steps four days a week. MS will have to take a back seat. :)

It’s frustrating when you forget whether or not you took your daily prescription pill 5 minutes ago. Should I take another just to make sure? Good grief. Lol. Gotta get a daily pill pack or something. Thank you MS! :)

First jog of the New Year done! It was an inside kind of day, but still… being active is being active! Going to try and get 3-5 local runs done this year, so gotta get it going! As the saying goes… I may have MS, but it doesn’t have me!
