The Flexor Carpi Ulnaris actually flexes when you flex your pinkie to stabilize the wrist. It DOESN'T move the pinkie itself.
It's very difficult to animate a muscle when the tendon isn't actually moving...

Well, this was easy to animate.
The Palmaris Longus muscle is actually missing in about 10% of people. Flex your wrist and check if you can find the tendon! I wonder how many of you guys have it lol

The thumb is extremely precise and flexible, because of how many muscles attach to different parts of it. All move the thumb slightly differently, therefore it's difficult to decide, which to include for a motion study.
