We had a wonderful session on networking with our participants, ensuring they know how to connect and establish and maintain relationships with different people especially in terms of their career path.
Day 5: GOAL SETTING
Participants were taken through how to make their goals S-M-A-R-T.
It’s our desire to guide our participants in not only setting their goals for the sake of it, but ensuring that they actually attain them through the S-M-A-R-T technique.

Day 4: LEADERSHIP,
We discussed the definition of leadership, explored different leadership styles, & outlined essential dos & don'ts. To reinforce these concepts, participants engaged in practical scenarios to apply what they learned.

Communication was our topic today, @BadjieAbbs our facilitator took participants through ethics of communication with focus on developing great public speaking skills.
