By the time the lab results come back I would have taken a fit to fly test and left. Not a full scam but the service is definitely not fit for the purpose as advertised.

After you failed to deliver the tests in time, we had to pay again with another service to get results when we needed. We've been asking for a reimbursement... no reply to emails, no response by phone... is this just a scam, a fraud?

Paid £224 for #247HomeTesting Day 2, 5 and 8. Received an email to say packages would arrive in time for my return to the country (2 days ago) but still none have arrived. No answer on the phone number or response to my emails. Don’t waste your time with this company #shambles
All the tweets here complaining about the same thing. My mum's 10 day quarantine ends tomorrow and she still hasn't gotten her Day 2 test results. Such an inefficient company #247HomeTesting
@esthercarddies @lisaminot We contacted 119 to complain and ask for help - they sent us new PCR tests for my parents to complete seeing as they are now on day 12 - she was not surprised when I mentioned #247HomeTesting
If you’re travelling or returning back to the UK do not use or order from #247HomeTesting company for your PCR test.. absolutely terrible service.

119 and "localpcr" have been absolute saviours. Because of them and my family helping to cover the extra costs, we can attend my sister's wedding. 119 have also provided us with a complaints email so that they can try and get a refund for us. #247hometesting are a scam
