Top Tweets for #2CFP
@PopnMatters Perfectly stated!
People need to know this!
#2cfp is one of the essential positive-changes, which needs to be made fundamental human-knowledge to all >8 billion people on earth; because merely 2 billion (or fewer) are #sustainable!
{Ie. Japan is currently on the right track.}
@PopCounts I disagree.
The sensible solution is 2-child-family-planning [#2cfp].
According to this proposal, 'WHITE PEOPLE' would abolish themesevles whilst 'brown'-people eg. in Africa & India keep having in ~4+ children.
Global-problems need global-solutions (& sanctions, if necessary).

@PopnMatters Indeed;
effects of decreasing populations are:
1) Better eduction for smaller classes of school-/university-students
2) Water- & Food-security
3) Generell reduced resource-pressure
4) Greater wealth for all(!)
2-child #family #planning has solely upsides!
[#2cfp]
A planetary resource-report about #Earth #Overshoot-day stated that tree-resources are being exploited double as fast as trees could sustainably regrow.
Ergo; everyone needs to 1/2 their paper-/timber-consumption.
#2cfp would also greatly help to a level below 8'000 mill. people.
"Economic Growth" is corporate speak for planetary exploitation (for profit).

@martinrev21 This USA-style urban-sprawl appears to be mostly accessible only by car.
Every additional sealed square-metre = an additional square-metre which is unable to absorb carbon (#GHG) from the air, is unable to grow timber, is unable to grow food.
#climate, #2cfp
@martinrev21 @Greens The Australian continent is a fragile eco-system.
The Green-party should certainly know that.
'Infinite'/unlimted growth of any kind is unsustainable.
Greenparty-knowledge, ditto.
Consequently, the Greenparty should support 2-child-family-planning everywhere.
#2cfp
@ITomMontgomery @AR36098813 There are 8 billion of us on #Earth now;
83.34 million additional people every year since 2010.
Please support #2cfp for it is one of the easiest & cheapest utilities to mitigate #ClimateCrisis & #biosphere #collapse.
Make the #FossilFuel #banksters pay for it.
#COP28
@Jarunik @lifewithsommer Logically & practically thinking; #2cfp [2-child-family-planning] is easy & acceptable to any couple.
@kimberl17399119 @Stevenwise58 @LyleLewisAuthor This is precisely the argument for the absolutely humane #policy of 2-child-family-planning [#2cfp], alongside the steady-degrowth #CircularEconomy in order to curb #EarthOvershoot.

@EdTrainSociety @martinrev21 Any population-reduction under the present global economic system will be occurring solely when people are running out of food & water (= mass-death as consequence) -- the worst form of 'family-planning'.
Thus, positive 2-child-family-planning (#2cfp) is needed.
@neurogardener @martinrev21 @Karmageddon67 Absolutely NO forced anything!
Only voluntary support [fe/male condoms, etc] for 2-child-family-planning [#2cfp] can convince couples of the benefits of 2cfp (& their contemporaries by way of social-marketing).
👉There are >10^⁸ of couples who have no fp-tools available!!

@wildcat_of @martinrev21 Both; reduce Earth-overshoot-economics & 2-child-family-planning [#2cfp] to break the cycle of exploitation, waste of resources & air-/water-pollution.
