THE LAST DAY.
This month, I went from clueless to confident.

As a Web3 project manager your Web3 project success checklist should include:
✅ Clear Vision
✅ Strong Team
✅ Community Plan
✅ Launch Strategy
Simple, solid, and essential. Don’t overcomplicate it.

This isn’t the end — it’s the beginning of my PM journey.
My plan now:
Apply for Web3 PM roles weekly
Join 2–3 DAOs & contribute actively
Continue learning: team dynamics, budgeting, metrics
Keep sharing my journey on X — accountability is everything
But then, I'll be starting on my industrial training in a Food company soon,
I don't have an idea of how to manage my online presence, hunt for jobs and still be able to keep going to work.
If you've done this before, pls I need your ideas on how to stay afloat.

Day 28 Of #30DaysOfProjectManagement
Project management isn't just about learning, you have to get the experience to be able to test out what you've learnt.
I joined a team recently and here's what I've done so far.
➜ Define success metrics early
➜ Set clear deadlines from the start
➜ Use a proper task management tool (not just group chats and I use Trello in particular)
➜Engage stakeholders more consistently
I might not be fulfilling all the requirements of a project manager yet, but it's a step forward and I'll keep going forward from here.

There was this new blockchain community I joined then, and just like what anyone would do.
I asked questions because I was particular about what we're to expect from the blockchain since it's new.
None of the mods could answer me, they were all just about hype and for me it was annoying.
Not that hype isn't good but when real questions are asked, you should be able to educate your community, isn't that exactly your job description?
There were even some admins which I interacted with and still they were not able to provide me details of what is expected on the blockchain.
In his words one said, "Whatever is from {the project} then it's something great".
See I know it's something great but tell me what something great is about.
This problem here is as a result of insufficient team education.
If I was the project manager, every member of the team must be aware of what we're building, this even starts from the recruiting stage.
Before you get into the project, you have to tell me what you know about it, not just that you'll come and be shouting LFG.
This is the major reason proper management cannot be compromised, and if you're looking to get the best for your project, @BigKenz_01 is just a DM away.

I’m almost through sharing 30 days of thoughts on Web3 PM.
Looking back, one thing stands out: clarity beats complexity.
The more I write, the more I realize:
Good project management is just good communication, over and over again.

In the project I'm currently with, there was a day it was one of our team members birthday and the founder told me.
I had the instant realization that it was my responsibility to wish her.
I don't know but I felt so good reading her reply after sending the happy birthday message in the group.
Then it occurred to me that managing a team isn't about work alone, it's about the wins and losses celebrated and shared together.
I felt like I just became a better person and it's so refreshing.
A team well appreciated becomes a team well aligned—driven not just by goals, but by gratitude.

Day 24 Of #30DaysOfProjectManagement
I've always been wondering the best way to present my POW as a project manager.
So I came across something recently, it's called a project report. Not the one you do in your final year o. 😂
It's a report outlining the details, progress, outcomes, and future plans of a Web3-based project.
This report can be weekly so as to understand what works and double down on it for the project.
Now turning it to your PoW, you can have it in a Google docs or notion page and put it in a format of what the project achieved under your management.
I'm currently compiling mine in a Google doc and if you'd like to get a template to fill in details of what you've achieved for your project,

I saw this project and I approached them to help.
What I did was
➜ Ask for their goals
➜ Break it down to daily achievable tasks
I didn't stop there, I still go back to check if the daily tasks were achieved.
And guess what?

There are times that there is a delay in team delivery.
What I learned to do is;
➜ Communicate early (to team, community, or investors)
➜ Re-prioritize deliverables
➜ Take up the role of it's something I can do to cover up for that...

Initially I had thought I would have to wait and get my PC repaired before I will be able to use PM tools for proper planning.
It got tiring because that didn't seem coming soon, I decided to go for Trello.
I was shocked at what I achieved.
