This is just a guess on my part.
I think most pro-playoff fans don’t want #36orBust because they like the drama, NOT because they’d view full season champions as illegitimate.
I think many pro-full season fans DO currently view playoff champs as illegitimate. That’s a problem.
@CrosslinRacing Also, like I said, I've heard at least 1-2 callers that seemed to be in favor of #36orBust. But I also know my followers are much more likely to feel the same way as I do on the issues I tweet about most often.
I'd imagine TMD's listeners in particular might be the same way.

We don't know what that change is. Nobody does. Mike Forde said just this week that he doesn't know if it'll be announced in two weeks or two months because discussions are still ongoing.
