Reflections in #reading today that the approach prior to the #3conversations could be like a ‘hamster wheel’ where a lot of paperwork, process and panels didn’t actually achieve much in people’s lives, particularly at crisis. The new approach made them useful! @weareP4C

Something a #socialworker said to me has again stuck with me all week. When asked the difference between the #3conversations and the old approach; ‘a conversation is a partnership’. The person had prepared as many questions as the worker! #socialcare @weareP4C
