This morning #3Ops received an neonatal air ambulance tasking to transport a little patient from Sligo hospital to Dublin. Thanks to the speed of our helicopter the flight time from Sligo to Dublin was just 49 minutes!

Last weekend was very busy for our #3Ops crews. Our EAS aircraft was tasked to 10 medical emergencies across Ireland in counties Westmeath, Wicklow, Kildare, Louth, Laois and Wexford. #304Squardon completed multiple flights in support of @GardaTraffic.

Kilbarrack's A watch were on hand today with fire cover to assist @IrishAirCorps #3ops at Beaumont Woods. They had a patient on board for transfer to the hospital.

Circumstances may have recently changed for all of us in Ireland but for EAS it's business as usual. We work closely with An Garda Síochána, National Ambulance Service (NAS) and others.
#3Ops helicopters remain on standby to respond to all types of emergencies over this period.
Yesterday #3Ops completed helicopter formation training in the Wicklow mountains. Formation skills are regularly used in operations with more than one aircraft.
The calm before the storm... the second patient airlifted by EAS yesterday was from Valentia in Co. Kerry. Some nice shots taken by Shane Buckley and Denis Kerin.
