Are you aware of any cyclist, either yourself or others, who've made a #3rdPartyReporting submission that resulted in a dangerous driving charge?
I've submitted a report that's beyond inconsiderate/careless that should go straight to court, so I just want to know, they do.
I could have a go on @SurreyPolice which comparably with other forces wasn't happy to share information about their third party reporting history and performance (answers from others in the book). But instead I'll sum it up this way: we need a national #3rdpartyreporting body

As I only submit reports, I deem, warrant more than a warning letter, I'm really annoyed that that's all this mouthy driver's set to receive.

This indicates that some enforcement will be needed, and #3rdpartyreporting is valuable.

The amount of incredibly close passes I see from @righttobikeit is surely evidence alone that @GardaTraffic need to start doing something about this serious risk to life and limb.

@yetiayrshore @bigcrispo @Rusty91542643 @LondonTrafficW1 Nope, doesn't work like that generally for #3rdPartyReporting. Normally: 'if your evidence shows you committing an offence, as well as the offender, you may also be prosecuted'. So police will look at everything in a video submission & act.
