@David_J_Bier We have to do it every time when we change the employer. And now a days it is taking ages to get it approved. I have seen many people lost opportunity to file for #485EAD last Oct cause they switched employer recently and PERM was not approved with new company.

Many people are still waiting for the their #485ead which was filed last year. Thanks to Trump ban which caused spillover coming to #employment #based category from #familybased. But looks like #uscis is on the way to waste that spillover with very inefficient way of operation.
