Tl; dr: if you’re considering applying for or funding @taketheleadwomen’s #50WomenCan -- or any program -- ask some key questions:
1. How diverse is the organizing team and speakers? Diversity of the class means nothing if it’s a space that doesn’t serve you. (5/)

We raised concerns about lack of diversity & it escalated to white fragility, poor communication & gaslighting.
