#53Pushups Day 3 … felt less sore than yesterday. Still had to break em up. Few sets had more burst than others. Starting to feel more compact in my chest/arms. Shoutout to everyone that’s doing a 53 with me today! Let’s go! For di better and di best And tell dem hard work, dat a di key to success 🙌

#53pushups Day 2. Didn’t account for how sore I would be after not really doing any consistent calisthenics. Had to break these up. It was ugly. Nowhere near perfect. But I struggled. And that’s the good part. This is still too early to claim anything. However, we got to Day 2 and that’s better than Day 1. Shoutout to everyone that’s joining me. WIP
